Moomin Baby 1,000 Followers Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

  1. Organiser
    This giveaway is organised by IBD Trade B.V. on behalf of Moomin Baby Netherlands.

    The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if
    circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
  2. Giveaway Period
    The giveaway starts on 18/06/2026 at 9:00 AM CEST and ends on 25/06/2026 at 9:00 AM
    CEST.
    Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered valid.

  3. Eligibility
    This giveaway is open to legal residents of the Netherlands who are 18 years or older at the
    time of entry.
    The following are excluded from participation:
    - Employees, directors, contractors, and interns of IBD Trade B.V.
    - Employees, partners, and representatives of Moomin Baby and affiliated companies.
    - Immediate family members of any of the above.
    - Anyone professionally involved in the creation, management, or execution of this
    giveaway.
    The organiser reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any stage.

  4. How to Enter
    To participate, users must:
    1. Follow the official Moomin Baby Instagram account.
    2. Like the giveaway post.
    3. Tag at least one friend in the comments.

    Both the participant and the tagged friend must be following the Moomin Baby Instagram account at the time the winner is selected.
    Multiple entries are allowed if different friends are tagged in separate comments. Spam or repeated tagging of the same person may result in disqualification. Incomplete entries will not be valid.
  5. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive:
    -  3x Moomin Baby diaper packs - size of their choosing (unless they are out of stock for longer period) 
    - 1x Moomin silicone cup + spoon set by Rätt Start

    The prize:
    - Is non-transferable
    - Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives
    - Cannot be changed in size, colour, or variant
    - Must be accepted as awarded
    There is no cash alternative and no substitute prize will be provided under any
    circumstances.

  6. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected within 7 days after the giveaway ends.
    All eligible entries will be collected and the winner will be chosen via a randomised draw tool to ensure fairness and transparency.
    The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

  7.  Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official Moomin Baby account.
    The winner must respond within 7 calendar days and provide necessary details for prize delivery.

    If the winner:
    - does not respond within the timeframe
    - is unreachable
    - is found ineligible
    - refuses the prize
    the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

  8. Delivery of Prize
    The prize will be shipped free of charge to an address within the Netherlands within 30 days after receiving the winner’s details.

    The organiser is not responsible for:
    - incorrect address details provided by the winner
    - delays caused by courier services
    - lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment

  9. Disqualification
    The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
    - violates these terms
    - uses fake or multiple accounts
    - uses bots or automated entry methods
    - engages in fraudulent behaviour
    - attempts to manipulate the giveaway process

  10. Privacy
    Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
    Data will not be sold or shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting the organiser.

  11. Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

  13. Governing Law
    This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to Dutch jurisdiction.
